The girl had suffered minor injuries and was bleeding from her lip. When law enforcement officers arrived at the scene, the driver was reportedly unresponsive and staring at the vehicle’s ceiling. He was arrested and the law enforcement agency believes he had been taking the prescription anti-anxiety medication Xanax as well as prescription painkillers.
